OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means you provide the complete design and we manufacture to your exact specifications — you control the product. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means our in-house design team develops the product concept based on your brief — we help create the product from your idea. Most of our clients use a blend: you bring the vision, we provide the engineering expertise to make it production-ready. Both models include full IP protection and mold ownership.

Our standard MOQ starts at 500 units for most toy categories, with flexibility for first-time partners. Plush toys and wooden toys can start as low as 300 units. We're one of the few toy manufacturers that actively welcomes startups and small brands — we grow together. For pet toys and electronic toys, MOQ typically starts at 1,000 units due to tooling and component requirements.

IP protection is foundational to our business. We sign NDAs before any design review. Each client's projects operate under strict design isolation — your molds, patterns, and specifications are never shared with other clients. We provide exclusivity agreements that legally prevent your designs from being manufactured for or sold to other buyers. Your molds and tooling belong to you permanently — they are stored securely and only used for your orders.

We are ISO 9001 certified and test to EN71 (European toy safety), ASTM F963 (U.S. toy safety), CPSIA (U.S. consumer product safety), ISO 8124, and CE marking requirements. We work with TUV, SGS, and Intertek for independent third-party testing. Full compliance documentation — including test reports, certificates of conformity, and material traceability records — is provided with every shipment to ensure smooth customs clearance and retail acceptance.

Typical timelines: Prototyping (5-10 days), sampling and revisions (1-2 weeks), production (15-45 days depending on volume and complexity), and shipping (15-30 days sea freight, 5-7 days air freight). A straightforward plush toy project can go from concept to your warehouse in 45-60 days. Complex electronic toys with custom PCBs may take 90-120 days for the first production run. Rush production is available for time-sensitive launches.

Standard terms: 30% deposit to begin production, 70% balance before shipment after you approve QC photos and videos. We support Trade Assurance via Alibaba for added buyer protection. As our partnership matures, we offer flexible terms including net-30 for established relationships. All payments are made via wire transfer, Trade Assurance, or L/C for larger orders.

Yes — absolutely and permanently. When you pay for mold fabrication, the molds belong to you. We store them securely in our facility, labeled under your company name, used exclusively for your orders. If you ever want to move production, we'll ship your molds to you or your next factory at cost. This is stated explicitly in our manufacturing agreement and is a core part of our IP protection policy. We believe you should own what you pay for — no exceptions, no fine print.

It probably isn't. Our standard MOQ is 500 units — and for plush and wooden toys, we go as low as 300. But if your quantity is truly below what we can efficiently produce, we'll tell you honestly and suggest alternatives rather than taking your money and delivering a subpar experience. In many cases, we can recommend a phased approach: start with a slightly higher quantity at a lower per-unit price (the math often works in your favor), or begin with our Path C catalog-customization option which has no tooling costs and faster turnaround.
