Every felt busy book is manufactured to meet EN71 (Europe), ASTM F963 (U.S.), CPSIA, and ISO 8124 standards. Felt and fabrics are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified — phthalate-free, formaldehyde-free, and azo-dye-free. We run the 16 CFR 1501 small-parts cylinder test and embroider safety features instead of sewing on parts. Each shipment includes full compliance documentation with test reports, certificates of conformity, and material traceability, worked up by ISO 17025-accredited labs such as SGS and Intertek.

We use OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified polyester felt, premium wool-blend felt, GOTS-certified organic cotton felt, and plush/coral-fleece backing. Accessories include CPSIA-compliant velcro, resin buttons, zippers, snaps, ribbons, and crinkle film — all attached by stitching, never glue.
