We use three categories of certified fill — each material is sourced with full chain-of-custody documentation and tested per CPSIA and EN71-3 before entering our factory. Every batch arrives with a certificate of analysis verifying particle size, chemical composition, and absence of contaminants. We NEVER use sand (inhalation risk if fabric tears), metal shavings (rust, sharp edges, metal detector issues), or recycled foam scrap (unknown chemical residues from previous applications). The scent releases gradually through friction (hugging, handling), lasting approximately 6–9 months under normal use.
