Yes — personalized embroidery is one of our core specialties. We can embroider names (up to 20 characters), dates, short messages, and custom artwork on the bear's body, paw pads, foot soles, or chest heart patches. Our embroidery uses up to 12 thread colors per design with stitch-level precision. For DTC personalized gift brands, we offer a "white-label personalization service" — you send us a daily CSV of customer names and messages, we embroider each bear individually, and we ship directly to your customers with your branded packaging. We work from almost anything: a pencil sketch, a reference photo, a competitor's bear, a tech pack, or a full brand style guide. Our designers create 3D renders from your reference within 48 hours so you can see and approve the design before any cutting begins. For embroidery, vector files (AI/EPS/PDF) produce the sharpest results, but we can also digitize hand-drawn lettering or scanned artwork.

Standard terms: 30% deposit to begin production, 70% balance before shipment after you approve QC photos and videos. We support Trade Assurance via Alibaba for first-time buyers who want additional protection. For established relationships with consistent reorders, we offer net-30 terms. Accepted payment methods: wire transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C) for orders over $50,000, and Trade Assurance.

A typical custom teddy bear project timeline: Design consultation and 3D concept renders (2-3 days), pattern making and physical prototype with up to 2 revision rounds (5-7 days), production (15-25 days depending on volume and complexity), final QC and packaging (3-5 days). With Growth and Volume tiers, you can split your MOQ across multiple designs — for example, a 3,000-unit order could be 1,500 Valentine bears, 1,000 Mother's Day bears, and 500 Christmas bears, all produced together. Each design can have different fabrics, embroidery, and accessories. Starter tier (500 units) is limited to a single design to keep tooling and setup efficient.

Beyond standard NDA and contractual IP protection (covered in our Why Choose LeelineToys section), we offer two additional layers for brands with high-value IP: (1) Registered design filing in China — we handle the paperwork with the China National Intellectual Property Administration so your design is legally recorded under your name before production begins. (2) Secure segregated production — entertainment and licensing clients get a physically separated workshop with badge-access-only entry and zero mobile phone policy during production. These areas are inspected quarterly by third-party IP compliance auditors.
