We start at 300 units for most product categories — plush, vinyl, and wooden toys. For first-time partners, we offer flexible pilot runs so you can test the market without overcommitting. As your volumes grow, our modular production lines scale with you.
Most projects follow this timeline: design review and quoting (1-2 days), prototyping (5-10 business days), sampling and approval (3-5 days), production (15-45 days depending on complexity and volume), and shipping (15-30 days by sea, 5-7 days by air). Rush services are available for tight deadlines.
We take IP protection seriously. Every client signs an NDA before we review any designs. Our production lines operate under strict design isolation — your project runs in its own secure lane. We also offer exclusivity agreements that legally prevent your designs from being shared, replicated, or shown to other buyers.
Our standard terms are 30% deposit to begin production, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. For established partnerships, we offer flexible terms including 50/50 splits and net-30 post-shipment options. We accept T/T wire transfers and L/C (letter of credit) for larger orders.
Absolutely — we encourage it. Our factory is located at 1st Floor, Haoyina Building, Hanyang District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. We'll arrange airport pickup, factory tour, and meetings with your dedicated project team. Video calls and virtual tours are also available if travel isn't possible.
We ship worldwide via sea freight (most cost-effective for large orders, 15-30 days), air freight (faster, 5-7 days), and express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS, 3-5 days for samples and small orders). We handle FOB, CIF, and DDP terms. Your project manager will provide a detailed freight quote based on your order volume and destination.
