We manufacture toy cars in zinc alloy (diecast — heavy, premium feel, best for collector items), ABS plastic (lightweight, colorful, impact-resistant — ideal for kids' toys and budget lines), solid beech/maple wood (natural, heirloom-quality, FSC-certified — perfect for eco brands and Montessori), and carbon composite (ultra-light, modern texture — great for tech-brand merch and premium RC bodies). Each material has different tooling, finishing, and cost profiles — our team recommends the right option based on your brand, audience, and budget.

Absolutely. Original design is our specialty. Our in-house design team creates 3D CAD models from your sketches, reference images, or written brief. We design the body shape, wheel style, interior details, and all surface features from scratch. You own the design and the tooling — this is your car, not a copy of anyone else's. We provide 3D renderings for your approval before any tooling is cut.

We offer multi-coat paint systems: base primer, color coat (Pantone-matched), and clear protective overcoat. Finish options include high-gloss, matte, satin, metallic, pearlescent, and color-shift/chameleon. Tampo printing applies fine details — headlights, taillights, grilles, racing stripes, logos, and license plates — with 0.05mm registration accuracy. All paint is lead-free, phthalate-free, and tested for scratch and chip resistance.

A typical project timeline: 3–5 days for design and CAD engineering, 12–15 days for mold making and tooling, 8–10 days for paint and print sampling (physical prototypes shipped to you), and 20–30 days for production. Total timeline from concept approval to shipment: approximately 45–60 days. Rush production is available for time-sensitive launches — contact us for current rush availability. Prototypes can ship in as little as 10 days for straightforward designs.

Yes, packaging is fully integrated into our production workflow. Options include window display boxes (most popular for retail shelves), blind boxes for collectible series, acrylic display cases for premium/collector editions, poly bags with header cards for promotional giveaways, and custom mailer boxes for e-commerce unboxing. We also offer FSC-certified paper options, custom foam inserts, magnetic closure boxes, hang tags, and barcode/UPC stickers. Packaging is designed, produced, and packed in-house.

All toy cars are manufactured to comply with EN71 (European toy safety), ASTM F963 (U.S. toy safety), CPSIA (U.S. children's product safety), and ISO 8124 (international toy safety). This covers mechanical safety (small parts testing, sharp edges, drop testing), chemical safety (lead, phthalates, heavy metals — especially critical for diecast and painted products), flammability, and age-grading. We provide full compliance documentation with every shipment — third-party test reports from TUV, SGS, or Intertek, certificates of conformity, and material traceability records.

IP protection is foundational to how we operate. We sign NDAs before reviewing any design. Every client project runs in an isolated production pipeline — your body molds, paint masks, tampo printing plates, and design files are stored separately and never shared. You retain full ownership of your custom molds, tooling, and designs. We provide exclusivity agreements that prevent your designs from being manufactured for anyone else. Unlike trading companies that might show your design to other buyers, our factory's reputation depends on your brand's success and exclusivity.
