Our standard MOQ starts at 500 units for most board games and card games — significantly lower than the industry standard of 2,000–5,000 units. For card-only games (deck + tuck box), MOQ can be as low as 300 units. For games with miniatures, the MOQ is 500 units minimum. We also offer prototype-only production runs: receive 2–3 complete physical samples of your game with your exact materials, finishes, and packaging — ideal for Kickstarter photography, retailer pitch meetings, or playtester distribution. No commitment to mass production required.

IP protection is non-negotiable in our process. We sign a mutual NDA before you share any design files. Your molds, printing plates, and custom tooling are owned by you — contractually guaranteed. We never reuse, repurpose, or share client artwork, designs, or game mechanics. Our factory is audited for IP compliance, and digital files are stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers. Upon project completion, we can certify file destruction or archive files under your exclusive access. We are also comfortable working with your existing NDA template.

Miniatures are injection-molded (PVC, ABS, or resin) and can be supplied unpainted, primed, or fully painted. The complete game with all components is assembled in-house, quality-checked as a unified product, and shrink-wrapped for retail readiness. No separate vendors, no assembly coordination, no "we only do the cards" limitations.

Standard terms: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipping. For established clients with ongoing orders, we offer net-30 terms. Payment methods: T/T (wire transfer), Letter of Credit (L/C) for orders over $50,000, and major trade assurance platforms. All payments are backed by our production guarantee: if we miss your confirmed delivery date due to a factory-side issue, we cover the air freight to make up the time.
