We manufacture stress toys in PU foam (classic soft squeeze, most popular for promotional use), TPR gel (clear, glossy, smooth feel — ideal for premium DTC products), silicone (ultra-soft, velvety surface — perfect for luxury corporate gifts), and neoprene (firm, high-resistance — great for fitness and rehabilitation). We offer multi-pass silk screen printing (best for bold, solid-color logos), UV pad printing (ideal for fine details and small imprint areas), and full-color heat transfer (for gradients, photos, and complex artwork). All printing is Pantone-matched and tested to withstand 5,000+ squeeze cycles without fading or peeling.

A typical project timeline: 2–3 days for design consultation and digital proofs, 1–2 days for material selection (swatch kit shipped to you), 5–7 days for prototype sampling, and 15–20 days for production. Absolutely. This is one of our core capabilities. Our in-house mold shop creates steel molds from your 2D artwork, turning your logo, product, mascot, or any concept into a 3D stress toy shape. We can produce shapes up to 6 inches in any axis. The mold-making process takes 3–5 days, and we provide a 3D rendering for your approval before cutting steel. Molds are yours — you own the tooling.

All stress toys are manufactured to comply with EN71 (European toy safety), ASTM F963 (U.S. toy safety), CPSIA (U.S. children's product safety), and ISO 8124 (international toy safety). This covers mechanical safety, chemical safety (lead, phthalates, heavy metals), flammability, and age-grading. We provide full compliance documentation with every shipment — test reports, certificates of conformity, and material traceability records.

Yes, packaging is fully integrated into our production workflow. Options include poly bags with custom header cards (most popular for trade show giveaways), retail display boxes with window cutouts, blind boxes for collectible series, and custom mailer boxes for DTC e-commerce unboxing experiences. We also offer FSC-certified paper packaging, custom inserts, hang tags, woven labels, and barcode stickers. Packaging is designed, produced, and packed in-house — not outsourced.

IP protection is foundational to how we operate. We sign NDAs before reviewing any design. Every client project runs in an isolated production pipeline — your molds, print screens, and design files are stored separately and never shared. You retain full ownership of your custom molds, tooling, and designs. We provide exclusivity agreements that prevent your designs from being manufactured for anyone else. This is backed by contract and enforced by our business model — your success is our reputation.
